The Northern Crops Institute has hired Dr. Minwei Xu as a food scientist and Mary Niehaus as a food technologist. Xu has fine years of supervisory experience as a lab director in the area of food analysis. Niehaus spent the last 20 years working at NDSU’s cereal and food science groups.
