North Dakota Senator John Hoeven included USDA Chief Economist Rob Johansson and USDA Assistant Secretary for Congressional Relations Ken Barbic in a Friday video conference with state ag leaders. Hoeven said help for livestock producers is a top priority. Barbic said decisions have not yet been made on how that assistance will be delivered to farmers and ranchers.
