Negotiations will continue today between congressional leaders and the Trump administration on a $2 trillion coronavirus bill. A Senate motion to bring the bill up for a vote came up short late last night. This proposal covers a broad spectrum, including agriculture. The money would replenish CCC funds and provide additional funding authority. The proposal also enables USDA to use CCC dollars for livestock producers.
