The North Dakota Agri-Women held their annual meeting in Grand Forks on Saturday. “We discussed a lot of business for the year ahead, including grants and upcoming meetings,” says President Carie Moore. There were also discussions on continuing agricultural education in the state. “This is one thing we strive to always do is educate the public about agriculture. It’s getting out there and getting everyone involved,” says Vice President Marsha VanLaere. At the conclusion of the annual meeting, Van Laere was re-elected vice president and Jessica Dammen was re-elected treasurer.
