Corteva Agriscience will soon have a new herbicide for the small grains market. “One of the great benefits of using WideARmatch is you’ll have a higher load of fluroxypyr, traditionally used in WideMatch. It can help control marestail and common ragweed,” says Bridgette Readel, the Market Development Specialist for Corteva Agriscience. “It does bring us a few new things to the table we want to use in small grains.” The new herbicide offers a new sight of action for weed control in cereals. “We also get kochia control with this product. It’s very easy to use.” WideARmatch is pending EPA approval.
