North Dakota Ag Weather Network Director Daryl Ritchison’ s spring outlook looks a lot like the current weather pattern. “As we go into spring, I think we’ll find a scenario where we stay in this pattern, but probably because we averaged so little moisture, we’ll probably get a few storms to put us a smidgen above.” Ritchison expects temperatures to be on the cooler side. “Most of the tools I use suggest a cooler-than-average spring. I hope I’m wrong.”
