More than 2,000 U.S. farmers are likely to file lawsuits against Monsanto/Bayer and BASF following dicamba damage to crops. That’s according to law firm Peiffer Wolf. This announcement following the recent $265 million verdict in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. In a statement, Peiffer Wolf says the crop damage research and increasing farmer complaints forecast a much bigger problem than Bayer/Monsanto and BASF want to admit.
