Tillage will be a challenge for growers this spring. “It’s going to be wet and there is a lot of residue out there,” said Dave McSparron, territory manager, Dick Hansen Sales. McSparron, who markets the Salford tillage lineup, is having a busy sales season. “The used machinery is going quickly. The turnaround time for new machinery is still reasonable, but that is shortening up because the build book at the factory is tightening up.”
