The lawsuit between the North Dakota Soybean Processors and Spiritwood Energy Park Association has been settled. According to SEPA CEO Connie Ova, both sides are paying their own expenses and this includes no payments to either side from the other. Ova said SEPA will now focus on building North Dakota’s first soybean processing facility.
