South Dakota State University and the University of Minnesota have formed a new collaborative program in veterinary medicine. Once a student has completed the pre-veterinary requirements, the new program will allow students to complete the first two years of their veterinary medicine education at SDSU and the final two years at the University of Minnesota St. Paul campus. The first 20-student cohort is expected to begin classes in August of 2021.
