Herington, Kansas-based forage cutter Rana Zeller says Electronic Logging Devices is a top priority for the U.S. Custom Harvesters Incorporated. “The big thing our members are concerned about is Entry Level Driver Training, a drivers training coming up. We have new information about that regarding deadlines.” There are also discussions on agricultural labor. “The Department of Labor is looking at changing the H-2A program. Some of those changes could impact us negatively. We’re waiting on all of that to come out on what it will really mean for us. Labor is becoming more expensive.
