President Donald Trump is expected to sign the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement soon. With that, Canada will be the last piece in the puzzle. At a legislative strategy session in Winnipeg, Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said the priority for the Liberal government is the debate and ratification of the new NAFTA. The parliament is scheduled to return from its winter break next Monday.
