The Minnesota State Fair board of managers has approved nearly $10 million in upgrades for 2020. Improvements are planned for every building within the State Fair livestock complex. At the Minnesota State Agricultural Society annual meeting, Ron Oleheiser of Grand Rapids was elected president.
