USDA’s wheat outlook is for stable supplies, better feed and residual use and lower ending stocks. USDA raised feed and residual use by 10 million bushels on lower than expected second quarter stock. USDA lowered wheat ending stocks nine million bushels from the previous report to 965 million bushels.
