North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum and Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring have announced a new emergency cost-share program to defray feed transportation costs. The state emergency commission unanimously approved $250,000 for the program. Farmers and ranchers who can verify feed losses due to the extreme weather this fall are eligible.
