BP Bunge Joint Venture Finalized

The British oil company, BP, and the U.S. agricultural company, Bunge, have formed BP Bunge Bioenergia. This combination brings together their sugar and ethanol business in Brazil. The 50-50 joint venture will oversee 11 sugar processing plants.
