House Agriculture Committee Chairman Collin Peterson told Minnesota farmers on Tuesday the U.S. Mexico Canada Agreement will pass. House lawmakers will likely vote on it when they’re back in session. “I’ve been saying for two months it will pass,” says Peterson. “It’s just a matter of November or December.”
