In Onida, South Dakota, Oahe Grain location manager Tim Luken says the wheat harvest is mostly wrapped up in his area. “Last week, we still had crops standing. We warmed up this week. Farmers are cleaning up what’s in the fields. What is here will be sprouted.” Luken says the sprout damaged wheat is finding its way to the feedlots. “We are full in our bin space.”
