North Dakota Department of Agriculture officials, along with North Dakota ethanol organizations and biofuel researchers, have completed the state’s first ethanol-focused trade mission. Right now, Brazilian authorities are considering lifting ethanol trade barriers. Those barriers include a 20 percent tariff after an annual quota is reached.
