Grafton, North Dakota farmer Barry Kingsbury says his potatoes look good, but could use a drink of water. “We need rain for late season growth and harvest. Even if we have three-quarters of a crop, without rain for potato harvest, we can have zero quality. They’re hanging on, but quickly things will start dropping off.”
