FMC has a new chemistry at work this season to control Cercospora leaf spot in sugarbeets. FMC Retail Market Manager Sam Lockhart says Lucento has been well received. “Guys like what they see with the residual control and two modes of action with the brand new product.” Lucento has a 21-day preharvest interval, making it available for the first or third spray for Cercospora control. Lockhart says FMC has a strong pipeline with a variety of new products expected to come to market within the next few years.
