Bayer’s NemaStrike Technology will not be available on a widespread basis for the 2020 growing season. The decision was made due to safety concerns. In a statement, Bayer said a small number of users got a skin irritation this year after handling NemaStrike or seed treated with the product. NemaStrike was approved by the EPA in 2017 to protect crops from nematodes.
