Crop conditions vary widely in the central Red River Valley. That’s the report from Stine District Sales Manager Shane Kyllo, who is based at Mayville, North Dakota. The soybeans that had wet feet at the beginning of the year are still under stress. It’s the same story for corn. “Some fields are a table top, tasseled out and look nice, but you go a mile down the road and you have a washboard field that is struggling. It all depends were the compaction and the water sat.”
