The North Dakota Department of Agriculture has two new additions to its staff. Shaun Quissell is the new director of the grain and livestock licensing division. Quissell has been with the Department since 2007. John Schneider was hired as the director of business, marketing and information division. Previously, Schneider served as the Agricultural Products utilization Commission executive director for 17 years.
