South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has named a Lake Preston farmer as the 2019 Governor’s Ag Ambassador Award recipient. Paul Casper is a past president of the South Dakota Soybean Growers Association and helped launch the South Dakota Soybean Processors Cooperative. The award will be presented at the Governor’s Agricultural Summit July 11 in Sioux Falls.
