One of the largest U.S. meat processors, Tyson Foods, is introducing a line of plant-based and blended protein products. Tyson plans to debut a hybrid beef burger and chicken nuggets made with pea protein. The line will also feature sausage links and meatballs made from chickpeas, black beans, quinoa, lentils and barley.
