Thirty-five members of Congress have called on the EPA to end the practice of granting small refinery exemptions for large or unqualified refineries. Fifty-four exemption requests have been granted since President Trump took office without a single denial. The letter was signed by Minnesota Representatives Collin Peterson, Angie Craig and Jim Hagedorn; North Dakota Congressman Kelly Armstrong and South Dakota Congressman Dusty Johnson.
