President Donald Trump and Democratic lawmakers reached an agreement Tuesday to spend $2 trillion on roads, bridges, water, broadband and power grids. This is a much different tone than a previous meeting on immigration and border security. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said the agreement would be bold and big. Paying for the bill could be a challenge and will need to be approved by Congress. Leadership plans to meet again in three weeks to discuss payment for the plan.
