Claims against a 21 year old roving grain buyer are now approaching $11.5 million. Sixty farmers and other businesses, including large grain elevator companies, have filed claims with the North Dakota Public Service Commission against Hunter Hanson. Hanson’s businesses where shut down last year after reports of insufficient funds began to surface. Hanson is now in jail for felony theft.
