The flood crest along the Red River has pushed its way through Fargo, North Dakota. “That will continue to move up toward the international border in the next few days,” says Amanda Lee, service hydrologist, Grand Forks National Weather Service. Lee also says the winter storm will add more water to the system, but it will be slower. “We’re not looking at real big impacts from this system.”
