The U.S. and China have agreed to establish enforcement offices in efforts to reach a trade agreement. That’s according to Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin during an CNBC interview on Wednesday. Previously, the Trump Administration stated that enforcement is a top priority and one of the most difficult to agree on. Officials are discussing the text of an agreement covering technology transfers, non-tariff measures, agriculture and more.
