The Rural Finance Authority Board is issuing a disaster declaration for Minnesota. This makes low interest loans available for farmers who have suffered barn collapses or other damage to record winter snowfall. Eligible farmers must have received at least 50 percent of their annual gross income from farming for the past three years. They also must work through banks to secure those RFA loans.
