Northgate, ND Grain Facility Now Owned by Viterra

Viterra USA has signed a purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent ownership of a grain facility at Northgate, North Dakota. Previously, Viterra had a 50-50 joint venture agreement with General Mills with this facility.
