Researchers across the nation are discovering a link between water PH and unexplained dicamba drift. “Farmers need to be asking questions about what the water looks like before adding it to the mix tank,” says David Kee, Director of Research for the Minnesota Soybean Research and Promotion Council. “We could be artificially dropping the solution below what’s acceptable.” Kee suggests doing a water analysis and talking to your agronomist before applying the product.
