The new AG Processing, Inc., soybean processing facility being built in Aberdeen is still on track. AGP Senior Merchandiser Matt Smith expects the plant to be ready for this fall’s harvest. “With the winter, there are many things to work through. The structure is pretty much there,” says Smith. “Right now, fall 2019 is still the target date.” Smith says the plant will process 40 to 50 million bushels of soybeans per year.
