A group of northwest Minnesota farmers is home after spending the two days meeting with state lawmakers in St. Paul. Norman County Farm Bureau President Austen Germolus was able to outline one of the most significant costs for his farm. “The biggest issue in our family is health care and we talked about the premiums and what it is costing us and the hardship it is having on a lot of rural families.” The Minnesota Association of Wheat Growers was also part of the lobby trip.
