An East Grand Forks farmer is the new secretary-treasurer for U.S. Wheat Associates. Rhonda Larson will take over the USW officer role in June. Larson has been a member of the Minnesota Wheat Research and Promotion Council for 16 years and served as chair from 2010-to-2012. Larson has also been part of the Wheat Foods Council board.
