The Northern Plains Potato Growers will honor Paul Dolan and Dave Moquist at their upcoming banquet. Dolan, who recently retired as general manager of Associated Potato Growers, will receive the meritorious service award for the potato industry. The grower award will go to Moquist, who is with O.C. Schulz & Sons. The banquet will be February 20 in Grand Forks.
