The makeup of the House Agriculture Committee is now known. Three newly-elected Republicans are joining the committee, including South Dakota Representative Dusty Johnson and Minnesota Representative Jim Hagedorn. Five incumbent Republicans are leaving the committee, including former chairman Frank Lucas of Oklahoma. The 26 Democratic members of the committee had been announced previously. Chairman Collin Peterson will have a dozen new members on his committee, including ten freshmen.
