Minnesota-based Calyxt has contracted over 34,000 acres of its high oleic soybeans with more than 100 farmers in the Upper Midwest. With the number of acres secured for 2019, Calyxt has doubled the 17,000 acres planted last year. This is an identity-preserved program, providing full traceability to the county in which the crop is grown.
