National Potato Council Executive Vice-President and CEO John Keeling will retire this spring. The NPC is actively seeking a replacement, with the goal of having the role filled by June. Keeling was instrumental in helping create the Potato Expo. “The potato industry is small, the people are family and they relate to each other like that,” says Keeling. “They enjoy talking about their industry and looking how to make their industry better.” The 2020 Potato Expo will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada.
