Weather challenges in northeastern Canada and Wisconsin are providing opportunity to move more fresh red potatoes out of the Red River Valley, according to 
Grafton, North Dakota-based Campbell Farms partner Tom Campbell. “We’re having a hard time filling orders. It’s a good problem to have, but unfortunately, it’s based on someone else’s disaster. We went through that two years ago.”
