NDSU Extension launches a series of Soil Health Café Talks this week. Extension Soil Health Specialist Abbey Wick says this format provides an optimal learning experience. “We realized several years ago that with soil health, the formality of large presentations and powerpoints is not that great. A more laid-back environment and the ability to pick each other’s brain is a way to go.” There will be two café talks each day. The first sessions will be held Tuesday in Jamestown and Lidgerwood. The complete schedule can be found on the NDSU Soil Health web page.
