The South Dakota Department of Agriculture has applied for a special local needs label for dicamba products, establishing a June 30 cutoff date. After reviewing feedback from farmers and industry stakeholders, Interim Agriculture Secretary Dustin Oedekoven said the June 30 date will provide access to the technology, while decreasing issues with drift.
