According to AgWeek, the North Dakota Public Service Commission will take insolvency action against Midwest Grain Trading of Devils Lake and NoDak Grain, which is located near Rugby. The PSC is investigating complaints from over 30 farmers and elevators, alleging Midwest Grain Trading and NoDak Grain paid for spring wheat, durum, corn and peas from accounts with insufficient funds. Both companies are operated by Hunter Hanson.
