In an op-ed piece for the Spokane, Washington newspaper, Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue said the new U.S.-Canada-Mexico Agreement is designed to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Perdue also said America’s wheat farmers got “a big win” with the changes made to the Canadian wheat grading process.
