Throughout the world, women in agriculture face gender discrimination. That finding was found in a new study commissioned by Corteva Agriscience. Fifty-two percent of the respondents from the United States said gender discrimination is an issue. That compares to 78 percent for women in India. For a more equitable work environment, the women responding to this research identified the need for more training and support.
