Brazil’s crop supply agency, CONAB, is expecting another record or near record soybean crop for the upcoming 2018/19 crop year. In the latest production estimate report, CONAB expects the soybean crop to range from 117 to 119.4 million metric tons, about the same as this season’s record crop. The 2018/19 corn production is estimated to range from 89.7 million tonnes to 91.1 million tonnes, up from last season’s 80.8 million tonne crop.
