American Coalition of Ethanol CEO Brian Jennings is pleased with the changes happening at EPA. Jennings says the ethanol industry’s relationship with EPA Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler has been positive. “I would also say it couldn’t have gotten any worse than where we were with (former administrator) Scott Pruitt at EPA. That is about as bad as a relationship between an industry and a regulator can get.” The ethanol leader still wants the agency to address issues surrounding the Renewable Fuel Standard.
