The Trump Administration is preparing the paperwork for a trade agreement between the U.S. and Mexico, leaving Canada out of renegotiated North American Free Trade Agreement. U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said Canada could be added later. The agreement will be sent to Congress by Sunday, giving them the required 60 days of review. The U.S. and Mexico have a tentative agreement in place, but want it finalized before the new president takes office on December 1.
